Return Policy

  2. All returned products must be shipped back to AVToyStore within 14 days of your RMA confirmation.
  3. All RMA items must be returned including all of the original manufacturer packaging, and include all manufacturer accessories as they were shipped to you.
  4. All returns are subject to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee.
